lbaji Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and lbaji, governing your access to and use of the lbaji online gaming platform at lbaji.bio. They apply to all games, products, promotions, and services offered on or through the platform.

These Terms are written in English. If any inconsistency exists between the English version and any translated version, the English version prevails. By accessing, registering, or using the lbaji platform in any way, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 1. Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your password with anyone. lbaji will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
2. KYC verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. You must provide valid government-issued identification such as a National ID card or passport when requested. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4. Account closure: You may close your lbaji account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance, net of active bonus wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lbaji supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the lbaji platform.

1. Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.

1. Wagering requirements: All bonuses issued by lbaji are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 5. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
